Why Become a PEAC Franchise?

Fail-Safe Education System

At PEAC, we go beyond basic tutoring. Our fail-safe education system is designed to build strong conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills. Every student follows a personalized study program tailored to their unique learning needs—ensuring long-term success.

Location, Location, Location

The location of a franchise learning center is crucial to its long-term success. With PEAC, you will secure a prime territory in your city, giving you the best chance for success in the long run.

Industry-Low Fees

What truly sets us apart is our fees that increase your profitability and chances of success. For example, our monthly royalty fee of $1,495 for 100 students less than half of Kumon or Mathnasium, whose fees are about $4,000 for the same number of students.

Efficient Center Management

Running your center has never been easier. PEAC's all-in-one management hub streamlines operations with powerful tools for online assessments, student progress tracking, scheduling, and more—so you can focus on what matters most: your students.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the qualifications?

A teaching license or an education background is not required. Many of our franchisees have corporate background. A bachelor's degree as well as a passion for educating children are required.

What type of training do you provide?

Each new franchise must go through the two part-training prior to the opening of a center: a four-day operations training either virtually or at the PEAC headquarters and the curriculum training to be completed at home.

What type of support can I expect?

In addition to the initial franchise training, we provide our new franchisees with the Operation Manual and Design Book, which include valuable information on site selection, center design and management, and marketing collateral. A designated franchise manager will help you every step of the way to the grand opening and beyond.

What is the investment range?

The initial investment, as stated in our Franchise Disclosure Document, ranges from $57,250-$89,000. The investment includes the $12,000 franchise fee.

What is the on-going royalty?

There is a monthly base fee of $495 plus $10 per subject enrolled at the center. With an enrollment 100 subjects, the royalty is $1,495 ($495 + $1,000). It is less than half of what Kumon charges ($38 x 100 = $3,800). The suggested monthly tuition ranges from $150 to $170.

Do I need to work full-time?

Most established franchisees work the afternoon hours for four to five days. Our minimum center opening requirement is four days per week for at least four hours each day.

What sets PEAC apart from other competitors?

While our competitors still offer outdated curriculum from decades ago, we offer the most comprehensive, modern curriculum that mirrors what students are learning in school today as well as the objective assessment tool that provides a personalized study program tailored to individual needs. PEAC offers the most scientific, fail-safe learning system.

What Franchisees Say About Us

I had a successful career as a corporate executive, but I wanted to do something more meaningful. Starting a learning center of my own accomplished that goal, and I am just as successful as I had been as a corporate executive. - Usha (Edison, NJ)

What I like the most about the career change I made from a 9 to 5 job to a learning center owner is the flexibility. It is my own business, so I work just as hard if not harder. But on most days my morning hours are free, and I can also leave the center to take care of my three children if I have to. - Hema (Piscataway, NJ)

I love the PEAC curriculum and the assessment tool. It is the main reason that I chose PEAC. Of course, I like the lower royalties that improve the bottom line. - Nilima (E. Brunswick, NJ)
